Overview

Ventelyt provides evidence-backed economic opportunity intelligence and Founding Access services. This policy explains the information handled when you visit the Ventelyt website, review opportunity material, interact with Founding Access, or complete a payment through a connected payment provider.

Information we handle

We may record site interaction data such as page views, sample-dossier opens, checkout clicks, traffic source parameters, opportunity identifiers, and related timestamps. The site may create a browser-generated visitor identifier in local storage. When that identifier is sent to the Ventelyt service, it is transformed into a one-way hash before persistence.

If you purchase Founding Access, a connected payment provider may send Ventelyt transaction-related information such as payment status, amount, currency, provider event identifiers, or customer/session references needed to record the subscription. Ventelyt does not receive or store full payment card details through its current checkout integration.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the website and Founding Access, understand which economic-intelligence material is useful, attribute traffic and conversion activity, measure product-market-fit experiments, maintain service security and reliability, and improve future Ventelyt opportunity intelligence and distribution decisions.

Local storage and measurement

The current site uses local storage to retain a browser-generated visitor identifier used for first-party measurement. You can clear local storage through your browser controls. Ventelyt may also receive ordinary technical information supplied by web infrastructure when requests are made to the service.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by a connected payment provider rather than by Ventelyt directly. Hosting, infrastructure, security, and payment providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

External platforms

Ventelyt may publish evidence-backed content to external platforms such as LinkedIn. Visiting Ventelyt does not itself cause Ventelyt to provide your website visitor identifier or payment details to LinkedIn. If you arrive through a tagged link, Ventelyt may record the traffic source for attribution.

Retention and security

We retain operational, attribution, and transaction records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business recordkeeping, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, while no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may clear browser local storage, choose not to continue to checkout, or contact Ventelyt through the contact channel provided during Founding Access onboarding or otherwise published on the Ventelyt website with privacy-related questions or requests.

Children

Ventelyt is a business and founder-focused service and is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Ventelyt's service, providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
